1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from NonvegZone website or application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order for perishable products.

2. Perishable Goods & Freshness Standards

All chicken, seafood, mutton, beef, and pork items listed on NonvegZone are fresh perishable food products prepared daily under strict hygiene and temperature controls (0°C to 4°C).

• Product cuts and weights may exhibit minor natural variations (+/- 5%) due to customized butchery and bone weight.
• Upon delivery receipt, immediately refrigerate (or freeze) products according to the on-pack instructions.

3. Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy

Because our products are fresh and perishable, order cancellations can only be accepted before butchery processing begins (typically within 10 minutes of order placement).

4. Delivery Guidelines & Customer Presence

We strive to deliver within 2 hours. Because fresh meats require cold-chain integrity, please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive and immediately refrigerate the package. NonvegZone is not liable for spoilage resulting from unattended deliveries left outside after rider handover.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are indicated in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors. Payment can be made online via secured debit/credit cards or via Cash on Delivery (COD).
